Invest in verified builds

  1. Create a free account

    Choose Investor and tell us how you will use the platform.

  2. Verify your identity

    Passport plus proof of address. This unlocks investing.

  3. Browse verified opportunities

    Only deals that passed all five checks are listed.

  4. Open a diligence pack

    Title status, inspection photos, budget variance, audit trail.

  5. Commit capital

    Held in bank escrow, released in tranches on QS sign-off.

  6. Track and report

    Portfolio, risk scoring, projections, CSV and PDF statements.

Raise capital for your build

  1. Create a free account

    Choose Builder.

  2. Verify your identity

    Then add company documents when you apply.

  3. Submit an application

    Credentials, freehold title deed, budget and capital needs.

  4. Submit for screening

    AI scores your readiness across seven weighted pillars.

  5. Answer reviewers

    If information is requested, update and resubmit.

  6. Get funded in tranches

    Each release needs an independent inspection sign-off.

Verify deals as a partner

    Required before any partner application.

  3. Apply as a partner

    Lawyers, quantity surveyors and inspectors welcome.

  4. Wait for admin approval

    Credentials are reviewed; approval unlocks access.

Questions, answered plainly

Words we use

Escrow
Money held by a licensed bank and released only when agreed conditions are met.
Tranche
One staged release of escrowed funds, tied to a construction milestone.
Title deed
The legal proof of land ownership. Only freehold deeds are accepted — agreements of sale are rejected.
EACZ
Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe — developers must hold a valid licence.
Readiness score
0–100 completeness score across seven evidence pillars.
BOQ
Bill of quantities — the itemised construction cost schedule.
QS
Quantity surveyor — the independent professional who signs off site work.
Diligence pack
The per-project file: title status, inspections, variance, financials and audit trail.
Arbitration
Binding out-of-court dispute resolution under Zimbabwean law.

  • Money dispute: open the project workspace and register a dispute; it goes to binding arbitration with the full audit trail attached.
